Small Office Copier

The perfect copier for small offices of 1-3 employees running about 2,000 copies per month (4 packages of paper).

Medium Office Copier

Our mid size copier is designed for larger offices with 3-7 employees sharing one machine and running approximately 3,500-5,000 copies per month (about a case of paper or 10 packages each month).

Large Office Copier

The large size copier is made for heavy duty copying throughout the day where many people are sharing one machine. Typically used by schools, busy medical offices, and accounting firms, these machines are best suited for offices using 20 or more packages of paper each month or 10,000 copies.

Basic service agreement

Our basic service agreement includes unlimited service and supplies - excluding paper.

Additional charges apply for copies . Black and white copies are billed at .01cents each, color copies are billed at .06cents each.

Service agreement 2,500

Starting at $75month

The mid range service agreement includes 2,500 black and white copies per month and unlimited service and supplie. Excludes paper.

Additional charges apply for black and white copies run over 2,500 impressions . Color copies are billed separately at .06cents per copy.

Service agreement 5,000

Starting at $100month

Our larger office service agreement includes 5,000 black and white copies per month and unlimited service and supplie. Excludes paper.

Additional charges apply for copies run over 5,000 impressions . Color copies are also billed separately at .06cents per copy.

Service Calls - *Without Service Agreement

Starting at $110 per hour

Our highly skilled technicians are available for service calls during regular business hours and billl by the hour for our customers who choose not to sign up for a service agreement. After hour service calls are also available by appointment only and additional fees may apply.

Copier Rental, MONTH TO MONTH

Starting at $99 per month

We offer black and white copiers or color copiers with no binding contracts. Starting at just $99 per month includes mono copier rental, service and supplies.
